Three single-origin salts, each from one named maker and each graded on the Six Measures: Blackthorn pyramid flake from Ayrshire, a paludier's fleur de sel from Guérande, and pink spring salt from the terraces of Maras. With a hand-shaped ox-horn spoon from Abbeyhorn, in a rigid black case.
