Fleur de sel de Guérande

One paludier, one saline, one season. The fleur de sel in this jar was skimmed from the surface of the crystallising pond during the 2025 harvest, drained through the winter, and never washed, so it keeps the faint dampness and mineral length of the brine it formed in. Three hundred jars. It comes with the Hasami porcelain pot and the horn spoon, so it has somewhere to sit.
